Cancellation Policy:

  1. An order can be canceled before it enters the production process. Once the product is in production, data and funds have already been transferred to our production partners at Snazvibe.
  2. Our Merchant Support team will make every effort to cancel the order for a refund if it has not entered production. However, there are no guarantees once the production process has started.

Refund Policy:

  1. If a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Snazvibe offers a refund or free replacement, including shipping, for the damaged item.
  2. Customers should contact Merchant Support within 30 days for domestic orders or 45 days for international orders from the date of delivery of the damaged product. No need to return the damaged product to Snazvibe.
  3. Our Merchant Support team will assist you with any questions, comments, feedback, or concerns related to refunds.

Returns Policy:

  1. Snazvibe does not require the return of faulty or damaged items. Photo proof is sufficient for our records.
  2. Customers can contact our Merchant Support team for assistance with any issues related to their orders.

Shipping Policy:

  1. Standard shipping is available for all sales channels, and it is the most common method with a flat rate.
  2. Exact shipping rates, delivery times, and processing times for each Print Provider can be found on the Snazvibe website.
  3. Upgraded shipping options depend on the specific Print Provider. Customers will receive tracking information promptly to monitor shipping times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information:

  1. In case buyers use incorrect or incomplete information when making a purchase, Snazvibe will handle such errors in accordance with our policies outlined on the Snazvibe website.

Buyer’s Remorse:

  1. If the order arrives at the buyer’s specified address within a reasonable time, in good condition, in the correct size, and without production errors, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
